Our
Firm
We are a boutique law firm highly specialized in the resolution of complex disputes, both in arbitration and judicial venues, as well as before administrative instances. The partners have a recognized experience in this practice area, having participated in disputes of the most diverse nature.

Aware of the costs associated with a dispute, as well as the importance of early identifying the different risks involved in any commercial transaction, we also work with our clients to prevent such risks. On some occasions, accompanying them in the preparation, structuring, review and/or negotiation of contracts. In others, designing strategies and helping them in the decision-making process in order to more adequately face a potential conflict, or encouraging solutions other than judicial solutions.
We are a team of lawyers with extensive technical knowledge and renowned strategic, litigation and negotiation skills, where the partners of the firm are directly involved in each matter. This allows us to provide an excellent and highly personalized service.
